Pre-Arrival Checklist
- Review your confirmation letter and contact us if you have any questions.
- Review the sample copy of This Week at Canyon Ranch and the Guide to Services, then schedule your appointments during your pre-arrival phone call. A Program Advisor will contact you to help you prebook services and answer any questions about your stay. If you prefer, you may speak with a Program Advisor by calling 866-276-2226 at your convenience.

- Check-in time is 3 p.m. If you plan to arrive earlier, we suggest you pack exercise and swim wear and the appropriate shoes in your carry-on so you may use the fitness facilities and enjoy the beach as soon as you arrive. Check-out is at noon.

Credit Cards
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover are accepted. AMEX Travelers Checks in US currency are also accepted. Company and personal checks are accepted and must be issued by a US bank.
Guaranteed Reservations & Deposits
All reservations require a one-night deposit and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon arrival. Minimum stay requirements may apply for certain weekends and peak periods. Reservations for peak periods will be charged for the full stay at the time of booking. You will be notified of this policy at the time of confirming your reservation.
Non-Smoking
Canyon Ranch is a non-smoking facility. Florida law also prohibits indoor smoking in work areas. Tobacco products are not sold on property. Guests who smoke in their suite or balcony will be charged a minimum $650 deodorizing fee.
Cell Phones
In order to provide a tranquil experience, Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach prohibits cell phone use in the following areas:
- Restaurants
- Treatment areas
- Wellness Spa (includes fitness areas)
- Salon
- Canyon Ranch Health
- Atlantic Pool
Teens
A selection of wellness services for guests 14 to 17 years of age is listed in the Guide to Services. The minimum age for use of spa and fitness facilities is 14.
Valet Parking
Valet parking only. No self-parking is available. Overnight rate is $35 inclusive of tax. Visitor rate is $15 inclusive of tax.
Maximum Occupancy
One Bedroom – 3 guests (see terms below for 3rd guest)
Two Bedroom – 5 guests (see terms below for 4th and 5th guests)
The 3rd guest in a one bedroom and the 4th and 5th guests in a two bedroom, age 14 and older, will incur an additional charge of $60 per person (plus applicable taxes) per day. This charge covers the spa and fitness facilities access fee. Rental of a rollaway bed, which must be requested at the time of booking, will incur a charge of $90 (plus applicable taxes) per day.
Pet Policy
Animals over 35 pounds are not allowed in the hotel & spa, except for service dogs. Must make arrangements in advance – please read our dog policy.
Tipping & Service Charge
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity is added to all Spa and Salon services. No gratuity will be added to any medical or fitness services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of hotel accommodations must be received 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid forfeiture of your one-night deposit. Please allow 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of Wellness Spa services to avoid the 100% charge. Medical packages require a 72-hour notice for cancellation to avoid the 100% charge. The hotel reserves the right to change the cancellation policy as required during certain peak and blackout periods. You will be notified of any policy changes when you confirm your reservation.
